How booking works
- Occupancy: 10 adults + kids (licensed for 12).
- 10% due at reservation.
- 40% due 120 days before arrival.
- Balance due 45 days before arrival.
- Cleaning fee $395 per weekly stay; stays longer than 12 nights require double cleaning ($790).
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
- Cancellation: 100% of prepayments refundable if canceled 121+ days before arrival, 0% after that.
- Quiet hours 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- No parties, no smoking, no pets.
- Primary renter age 30+.
