At TCH, families and groups of all ages can head out separately by foot, bike, shuttle, water taxi, or kayak — no car needed — then come back together for dinner.

Sleeping: 5 bedrooms, each with its own space. Main-floor master is perfect for anyone who can’t use stairs. 4 bathrooms means no waiting. Multiple areas to escape for quiet time. Ultra-clean, with new furniture and plush, comfy mattresses, great sheets and pillows.

Fenced-in yard: relax on the screened-in porch while young children explore the lockable fenced-in yard area next to the porch. Laundry: washer and dryer on main level for your use.

Who TCH Is For

This house is ideal for a group of nice people who understand this is our own dream vacation home and will take care of it like it is their own. You will sign our short-term lease agreement and house rules to confirm your stay. We have neighbors we care about, so we need to be clear: quiet hours 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties or events, no smoking, no pets. All nice people welcome — we do not discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, national origin, or any other reason.
